What is stress? What can you do about it?


Well, its definition in the Oxford dictionary is as follows: Subject to pressure or tension, Cause mental or emotional strain or tension in. Become tense or anxious; worry. It is short for “Distress”.The word "stress" seems to have originated from Middle English (denoting hardship or force exerted on a person for the purpose of compulsion): shortening of distress, or partly from Old French estresse narrowness, oppression, based on Latin strictus meaning “drawn tight”.

 

Dr Masaru Emoto-Hidden Messages of Water

 

Dr. Masaru Emoto was born in Yokohama in July 1943. He was a graduate of the Yokohama Municipal University's department of humanities and sciences, with a focus on International Relations. In 1986, he established the IHM Corporation in Tokyo. 

Dr Emoto江本spent the prominent years of his life trying to understand human consciousness.

His famous photographs of frozen water are known all over the world but still science regards his findings to be unfounded because they cannot be repeated to get the exact same results.
